By using Dermal Skin Care, you agree to use the platform only for legitimate product purchases, wholesale ordering, order tracking, and account management. Customers are responsible for keeping account, delivery address, and contact details accurate and up to date.
Before placing an order, customers must confirm the selected products, quantities, prices, delivery address, and payment details. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information is correct before completing checkout. Dermal Skin Care is not liable for orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer.
Payments are processed through Paystack. An order may remain pending until payment confirmation is received. Dermal Skin Care does not store sensitive card details. All prices displayed are in the local currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
After an order has been placed and paid for, customers may request changes only within a reasonable window where the order has not yet been packed or dispatched. Paid orders cannot be cancelled by customers and refunds are not automatically permitted outside of our return and refund policy.
Wholesale features are available to signed-in active customers only. Wholesale orders are subject to minimum order quantities per item, protected pricing, and checkout validation. Dermal Skin Care reserves the right to review or revoke wholesale access at any time.
Products, pricing, promotions, and stock levels may change at any time. Checkout validation confirms the payable total before payment is initialised. Dermal Skin Care reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders in cases of stock unavailability or pricing errors.
Dermal Skin Care does not provide consultation booking through this website. Product pages, categories, support pages, and account tools are provided for shopping and order management only.
