Customers must provide an accurate full name, reachable phone number, address, city, region, and country during checkout. Saved account addresses can be reused for future orders.
Orders are prepared after Paystack payment confirmation. Processing time may vary by stock status, order size, delivery location, and the time the order is confirmed.
Wholesale orders may need extra handling because of quantity, stock allocation, and packing requirements. Minimum order quantities are checked before payment.
Contact Dermal support quickly with your order number if a delivery address needs correction. Changes can only be reviewed before the order is packed or dispatched.
